Offer breathwork at your events or group gatherings

Bring the healing power of breathwork to your retreat, festival, team bonding, or friend gathering.

Whether you’re scheduling for a bachelorette party or a wellness retreat, breathwork is a powerful somatic tool that helps drop people out of the minds and into their bodies and hearts. As an active meditation, breathwork can allow people to access altered states of conscious, deeply connect to their intuition, feel unprocessed emotions and release self-sabotaging and protective coping mechanisms - creating space for deeper relationships to themselves and others.

A group sessions last between 90 - 120 minutes.

Group Breathwork

Breathwork is a powerful tool that can help people metabolize and somatically release unprocessed emotions, break free of unhealthy thought loops, access altered states of consciousness (substance-free), connect to their intuition and safely expand the capacity of the nervous system.

This practice moves stuck energy and emotions so people may be clearer to consciously decide what underlying beliefs and programming they are subscribed to in their subconscious.

Group sessions are done with everyone lying down and eyes closed.

Benefits of group breathwork:

-Greater self-awareness and connection to one’s intuition, body and heart

-Can help release unwanted defensive and coping mechanisms, allowing for better communication

-Supports deeper connections to one’s self, others and nature

-Allows people to practice quieting their usual thought loops, helping people become more open to new ideas, insights, and access new creative inspiration

“I did a group breathwork session with Lala and walked away feeling so refreshed and clear. Lala did an amazing job of holding space for us all, and gave such clear explanations of how to practice and what to expect. She was very considerate of individual needs, and created such a soothing environment. I had never done prolonged breathwork, and was surprised by the depth of the experience. It's hard to put into words in a good way. Definitely recommend working with Lala.”
