Virtual breathwork session

This one-on-one session is all about you and your healing.

Sessions open with sharing anything that may be weighing on your heart, your mind, or that you want to be lovingly witnessed in. We will bring attention to any intentions you may have and what you want to breathe into during the session.

When we’re ready to begin, I will guide you into a conscious circular breathing pattern that will drop you out of the mind and into your body, allowing you to release unprocessed emotions, connect with your authentic self and intuition, and even access altered states of consciousness. All people and bodies are different, as will be your unique experience.

Before we close, I will lead you into a restorative period of rest where you can relax, receive and integrate your experience. You will have time to ask questions or share anything that may have come through for you.

Virtual one-on-one sessions are $125 and 75 minutes.
