What’s Breathwork?

Breathwork is an active meditation practice where we consciously breathe in patterns for a prolonged period of time. Why? To move out of our mind and into our body to reconnect with our inner world.

Breathwork is a powerful tool that can help people metabolize and somatically release unfelt emotions, break free of unhealthy thought loops, access altered states of consciousness without any substances, connect to their intuition and safely expand the capacity of the nervous system. The goal is to move stuck energy and emotions so people may be clearer to consciously decide what underlying beliefs and programming they’re subscribed to in their subconscious.

Breathwork is an ancient spiritual practice and backed by modern science as an incredibly effective tool for improving mental health.
